Orders via our website must be prepaid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or Paypal. Orders by mail must be prepaid by check or Money Order.

Sales Tax:
TEXAS shipments are subject to sales tax. If your organization claims a tax exemption, provide a copy of your Exemption Certificate or Resale Certificate.
Returns:
Our product has a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee. If FINGERSPELLING BLOCKS do not satisfy your needs, they may be returned, undamaged, within 30 days. Refunds and credits are issued for the value of the merchandise, but not for the shipping and handling fees. To receive a full refund, items must be in undamaged condition and in the original box with all instructions.
Before returning any item, call 866-627-7647 for a return merchandise authorization number. Merchandise must be returned within fourteen (14) days after an RMA number has been issued. Please send the merchandise prepaid and insured to:
